I hate failing in my personal life, but at work... that is a different story.

As an engineer, it is my job to fail. To push the bounds of what is possible in my world requires me pushing to the edge and sometimes falling off. I fail many times daily, and at this point I just expect everything to fail. And honestly it is the fun part of my job. It's a puzzle waiting to be solved. Where putting all the right pieces in the right place is the ultimate goal.

I can't explain why I enjoy it so much.
